Roasted Pumpkin Seeds!

SO lately i have posted a lot, which is a good thing, but also i feel like i am inconsistant! oh well! so yesterday i carved my pumpkin for halloween! my favourite ones i have done are, shutter shades, mad hatter, etc but this year i did hello kitty! anyways, my favourite part of carving pumpkins are the seeds! every year my mom takes my seeds and rosts them, here is how i make them! it is such a quick and easy way to make them and they taster awesomeeeeeee!
What you need:
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4- 1/8 tsp salt(or lowrys seasoning)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary

What to do:
ok first you need to rinse all that yummy pumpkin goop off your your pumpkin seeds.  soak in salt water for about 45mins.  drain the water out and let the seeds dry off before placing them on a cookie sheet(with edges so they dont slip off).  while waiting for them to dry, take your fresh rosemary and chop it into very, very small particles/grains. next, spreed the seeds out and sprinkle the salt or lowrys seasoning, and rosemary evenly on the seeds! then bake for 10-15ish minutes on 350 degrees F spreading them around every 3 minutes. lwhen crisp, let cool and enjoy! Hopefully i will post again tomorrow!
